Start with the PDF
Choose your calendar settings, then select Print or Download PDF. Both use the same paper-sized document. The yearly overview and each monthly calendar are one PDF page; the 12 monthly pages option intentionally creates 12 pages.
Match your paper size and orientation
Use US Letter (8.5 × 11 inches) or A4 (210 × 297 mm), then select the same paper size in your printer dialog. Match portrait or landscape to the calendar.
Keep the whole calendar on the page
Choose Actual size when the printable margins allow it, or Fit to printable area. Turn off browser headers and footers if you print the fallback webpage. Printing the PDF avoids the website navigation and article text.
If your browser opens a PDF tab
Use the printer icon in the PDF viewer. Some mobile browsers require this step instead of opening the print dialog automatically.
Save ink without losing readability
Choose the Ink saver template. It uses black text and lines on white paper.
